Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to contracts between AM Publishing and customers regarding the sale of books (printed and digital) and the provision of publishing and media services.

2. Subject matter

AM Publishing offers in particular:

• sale of printed books
• sale of e-books
• publishing and media services (editing, proofreading, book design, layout/typesetting, production and publishing services)

3. Contract formation

For book sales, a contract is concluded once the order is completed and payment is successful. For services, the contract is concluded by individual agreement (email/form/written confirmation).

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros. Payment is via PayPal or Stripe (credit card). Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due before performance begins.

5. Delivery and provision

Printed books are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer. Digital content is provided electronically after payment (download or email).

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days unless exceptions apply. For digital content, the right may expire once the customer explicitly agrees to immediate performance.

7. Services

Services are individually provided. A right of withdrawal may be excluded if the customer explicitly agrees to immediate performance.

8. Copyright

All delivered content is subject to copyright. Forwarding, reproduction, or publication is permitted only within agreed usage rights.

9. Liability

Liability applies only for intent or gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability exists only in case of breach of essential contractual obligations.

10. Final provisions

German law applies. If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
